Missing Gold Cell Phone Purchases

Hello,
This isn't about me. But a player on SS1, named GennaWalker has purchased gold with her cellphone 9 times, and has not gotten anything. She's quite annoyed about it, and would like this to be fixed.

Have her e-mail info@sacredseasons.com with the details. I'm kind of confused as to why she'd do it 8 more times if nothing came of the first attempt.

You can also have the player contact support with Zong. When you go to the purchase page for cell gold, there's a little paragraph at the bottom with email and telephone contact information for Zong.

should also checked if you were charged or not for the purchases ", (although im sure you probably did this already)
