Whichever purchasing method you used, verify that the transaction took place:
1. If you're playing on Kongregate and used Kreds, you can view your Kred purchase and usage history.
2. If you used PayPal, I'm sure there's an email receipt or purchase history for that.
3. If you used a credit or debit card, call the bank that issued the card (or check your purchase online, if you have online banking set up).
4. Whatever other method I'm failing to note here, there should be a way to verify the purchase.
If there was no problem with the transaction, send an email with the details of the purchase to
admin@sacredseasons.com. Include the date and time of the purchase, any receipt # or transaction # that was issued, and the game account for which the purchase was made. Do NOT include any credit card or other personal information.
