It's a type of massage therapy involving flames and hollow glass "cups." There's a variation that includes drawing blood.

Truly this thread was well deserved - there isn't anything quite like the Octogum after all! (Which would explain why they feature in just about all of my stories) The eating of such a beautiful creature (damn you Oldboy) is heresy, so no mean pictures! :o
